Seeking Horse Crazy Kids!

The Jolly Ranchers 4-H Club was established in Spotsylvania County in 2004 to help local youth learn more about our beloved equine friends. Since that time, we have also added focus to each of our members personal development through the 4-H Program in the areas of Leadership, Hippology, Horse Judging, and Presentations as well! . We are a Non-Profit, youth development and education program of the Virginia Cooperative Extension. Our leadership is committed to encouraging our members to acquire the knowledge, life skills, and attitudes that will enable them to become self-directing, contributing, and productive members of society. The central theme of 4-H and of our club is "learn by doing."
